I am a 52 years young female, an RN with over 19 years experience in mostly Oncology, with Hashimoto’s thyroid disease all the while going through menopause (it sucks). I have tried A LOT (no joke) of supplements and have found that this supplement is a game changer (hands down)! I only take one a day (2 is way too much and gives me a headache), 4 hours after my Tyrosint (thyroid medication-if you don’t know that medication, YOU SHOULD-THE BEST! Gluten free, soy free, dye free, etc)! Anybody with Hashimoto’s should NOT be taking anything with those additives in them! EVER! Lover Love has none of those harmful additives, either! I take the Liver Love 4 hours apart from my thyroid medication b/c calcium and iron (iron is not in Liver Love) can block absorption of thyroid medications (not good)!
This product curbs my appetite, makes me feel like I have more energy lasting throughout the day (NOT SHAKY), my aches and pains (from menopause and Hashimoto’s) have subsided, my swelling in my entire body is gone (I have had swelling for about 10 years-STILL NOT JOKING)! I’ve started working out, again, (strength training mostly and some cardio) and I have lost a total of 5# since I started this supplement about 30 days ago (that’s HUGE)! I set a goal to compete in a fitness competition by middle of 2024 (what I once thought was a dead dream of mine since nursing school-graduated in December 2003). If you’re running low on energy RUN & purchase these Zen pills !! After drinking them for a few days I’ve really noticed I wake up feeling better and with much more energy . Now I don’t know if that’s what these pills do . But I’ve definitely felt a change since I started them . 10/10 Highly recommend
